Also, huge thanks to Tatum for the time you put in to coach them and to Taylor for starting the Valor volleyball program!

What started as my excuse to get Elle and Briggs home from college for an April weekend (and convince Briggs to cook the crawfish for our 4R Construction team in the 4th Annual Sumrall Crawfish Cookoff) turned into the most unexpected win—and the most fun! We also enjoyed getting to see so many people we had not seen in a long time. We’re still SO shocked and excited…winning anything was the last thing we expected! Good job Elle and Briggs on Best Potato, Best Corn, Best All the Fixins, 1st place Crawfish and Overall Grand Champion…and I think Elle’s potato salad stole the show! 😂😬

Paint is underway! This airy green in the kitchen, with that cypress hood, is going to look gorgeous once the countertops, flooring and hardware is thrown in the mix! This waterfront beauty is going to be the perfect getaway from reality…😍

This beautiful house has some super custom features the homeowners chose to go with on their trim and cabinets…

•floating shelves in not only the living room but also in the pantry and laundry room
•lower cabinets in the laundry room to raise the washer and dryer…AND a farmhouse sink in there also 😍
•Those. Coffered. Ceilings. 😱
•the kitchen cabinets drop down just a little below those tall ceilings, with a row of the wide cove crown molding added straight across the top
•just a simple bead board wall and a piece of 1x trimming the top to add hooks to…and they are going to add a freestanding bench in front of this wall
•no words for the master closet…it is definitely a good one

I always love seeing the neat ideas people come up with and add in their customs!

✨It’s always a fun time selecting tile options for a client that is ready to bring some color into their space, and the backsplash is the perfect place.

Light blues and soft greens are at the top of her list and there are plenty to choose from—we can’t wait to see which direction she chooses! 😍
