The customer acquired new upper cabinets, which were installed after removing the existing units. Following the demolition, wall patching was performed, and a textured ceiling was applied to the three rooms and hallway after scraping off the popcorn ceiling. The customer's plan is to procure lower cabinets and countertops that match the upper units at a later time.

Bathroom Renovation Completion. The bathroom underwent a comprehensive remodel, commencing with the removal of all fixtures and materials down to the studs. Electrical rewiring was performed to accommodate additional lighting and switch relocation. The entire bathroom was retrofitted with new PEX plumbing. Subsequently, sheetrock installation was completed, and custom vanities featuring onyx countertops and custom freestanding cabinets were installed. Furthermore, an onyx walk in shower, complemented by a frameless sliding shower door.

Didn’t get before pictures of all the rooms, just the living room. Customer had carpet throughout their living room, hallway, both bedrooms, both closets, and their hallway closet. We removed all the carpet and carpet pad. Removed the baseboard. Installed new LVP flooring throughout with no transitions in the doorways. We installed matching transition where the flooring butted up to existing tile and around the fire place. Customer wanted to keep existing baseboard so we painted them to freshen it up and installed baseboard back over their new flooring.

Customers basement was unfinished. They decided it was time to finish it up, add a storage room in it as well as a living room, and make it a little more cozy. Insulated and framed the exterior wall with a smooth sheetrock finish. Framed up a wall to divide the storage room from the living room. LVP flooring with stained oak finish. And a set of double Knotty Alder doors, stained to match the oak trim.

Bathroom remodel. Tore out bathroom door and installed sliding barn doors. Tore out existing tile an installed new waterproof LVP flooring. Tore out whirlpool bath and patched in the Sheetrock. All new paint and baseboard; along with vanity, mirror, and all new lighting. Removed fluorescent lighting in kitchen, patched in ceiling, and installed new lighting around the house.

Whole house flooring job wrapped up here. All flooring laid in one direction throughout house with zero transition strips. No transition strips really cleans the look up in doorways when possible.

Photo dump. Was busy the last several weeks turning this place around. When I walked in the demo process had been started. The load bearing beam that was placed in wasn’t fit for the house, so I took it out and replaced it with the proper beam to support that size of load. Placed paneling in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom that was selected by the customer. Patched in the Sheetrock in the living room and breaker box room. Laid LVP flooring through the entire house.
The customer will be painting the walls and ceilings. They will also have all the outlets and light switches replaced as well.
