Check out this image we received today showing the before and new of our Charleston, Utah project. So many things are happening right now. Roofing, landscape planting, orchard planting, pergola build, countertops, and we are filling the pool, plus a hundred other things.

Only a few months to go on this, and it will be ready for the Park City Showcase of Homes.

Our team at Oxford Design Haus has been absolutely cranking through concepts, renderings, and custom homes over the last few weeks, and this is another one we’re excited to highlight as we head into the holiday weekend.

Designing a custom home starts long before the floor plan. One of the most important decisions is how the home is placed on the property.

Every site has opportunities and constraints. The natural topography, surrounding views, sunlight, privacy, access, and existing trees all play a major role in shaping the final design. A well positioned home feels connected to the land rather than simply placed on top of it.

On this project, we carefully studied the terrain to maximize the views and working with the natural grade of the site. Thoughtful placement allows outdoor spaces to feel private, windows to frame the right moments, and the architecture to respond naturally to the landscape.

The best homes are not just designed for the client. They are designed specifically for the property they sit on.
