We are pleased to announce the successful completion of another project. This project involved the construction of a 1080 square feet addition and a 1750 square feet shop. The engineering aspects were particularly challenging. Additionally, we transformed a hillside into an extra 1000 square feet of parking space.
The addition was designed in accordance with ADA regulations, serving as an in-law suite for a retiree. Key features include a curb-less walk-in shower, a brand-new wrap-around deck, a see-through fireplace with stone accents, custom ceiling beams, and an oversized sliding glass door—all aligning with the owner's vision.
We collaborated with the following subcontractors:

The guys have been working hard again framing the addition we've been working on. They framed 2 bathrooms, 2 closets, a walk in shower, and the large great room that will be a mixture of a seating area, a wet bar, and of course the bed area. It's really coming along great!

The guys were out working hard today setting trusses on an addition we've been working on. The trusses were delivered down below in the field and a crane was too large for the space up above so we rented some equipment from T&E to get the job done. Joe had to go up and down a makeshift road they created to get them where they needed to be and then lifted them into the air one by one so they could be set on the addition. This just shows the hard work and dedication we have for our customers. What a fun day.
