It is here, and it can be your next home!

Introducing the new Little Twig Homes 20x38 — our most spacious Little Twig model yet.

This new design keeps the same beautiful Little Twig front elevation, but extends the home and adds full-length dormers on both sides to create a truly usable second floor.

The main floor is 20x38, giving you 760 sq ft. Upstairs, the second-floor suite is 20x20, adding another 400 sq ft. That gives this home a total of 1,160 sq ft of usable interior space.

And here is something important: we do things a little differently at Little Twig Homes. Our homes are measured from the inside dimensions, not the outside exterior dimensions. That means when we say 1,160 sq ft, we are talking about usable interior space.

The second floor features full usable head height, full-length dormers on both sides, a cathedral ceiling, a 12/12 roof pitch, and approximately 19 feet from the main floor to the ceiling peak. It feels open, spacious, and much larger than expected.

The main floor can be designed with a full suite and public bathroom, or with an optional two-bedroom layout and public bathroom.

Available in multiple construction styles:

• Cedar log home package with classic “D” shaped logs
• Modern clapboard-cut cedar log design
• SIP construction using Structural Insulated Panels for faster builds and high insulation values

The SIP version includes metal siding, metal roofing, and exterior trim. All versions include Andersen 100 Series windows.

This is the Little Twig design people have been asking for: more space, more comfort, more flexibility, and the same beautiful look.
