Take a look at this failed epoxy system on the Homosassa River. Unfortunately, the clients only had this expensive floor for a couple months before it began to crack & peel off. The previous company used the wrong products in an exterior environment. No matter how UV resistant they say the epoxy is, it will degrade just like the pictures below if left exposed to unfiltered UV light.

This is why we will not install metallic marble epoxy floors in garages or exterior areas prone to UV exposure. To remedy this floor, we first had to remove the existing failed system, grind the concrete, then applied an extremely UV tolerant liquified rubber system that holds up to the harshest sun and moisture-ridden environments, finished with a chemical and UV tolerant top coat.

Check out this recent deck drain replacement in Citrus Springs, FL. Our client's lanai was flooding during every storm, causing the tile to lift up and buckle.
Handymen came out and drilled holes in the existing drain, then covered it with a gutter gaurd. This didn't solve the problem, but our replacement certainly did. Now the drains are easily cleaned with a typical garden hose, including removable caps.
