We are looking for a Sprinkler Tech with prior sprinkler and landscape experience. Handyman experience will also be a plus as we are a property maintenance company specializing in Maintenace of home and apartment rentals.

Must have minimal hand tools and a vehicle for the job, mileage reimbursement and materials will be provided. We are centralized in West Jordan but service Weber, Davis, Salt Lake and Utah counties.

Competitive pay based on experience. This position will require you to work 20-40 hours per week. Vehicle could be provided, also depending on the experience. As of right now will be considered seasonal work. Wage determined on experience level. One way to keep your home warmer and its furnace more efficient is to install new, more energy efficient doors and windows.

Cold (or warm air) moving through old cracks and trim of seals and poor insulation in your door can create unneeded work for your furnace.

This door from a rental unit was obviously overdue for replacement. Aside from the improvement in aesthetics, the home is more secure and energy efficient.
