🔧 Sink & Double Drain Replacement

This project involved more than just replacing a drain. The existing sink and older metal drain assembly were removed and upgraded with a new sink and a completely new PVC double-sink drain system.

The original plumbing showed signs of age, corrosion, and buildup. After removing the old components, I installed the new sink, connected new drain assemblies, and rebuilt the drain system to provide proper flow, reliability, and a cleaner overall setup.

🏠 Another Personal Home Remodel – Complete Bathroom Transformation

One of the biggest projects I’ve tackled at my own home. This wasn’t just a cosmetic update—it was a complete redesign from the floor system up.

The original bathroom was completely gutted. During demolition, I found structural and plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, so the project expanded into a full rebuild. All Floor joists were replaced and reinforced, drains were relocated, and all plumbing was updated to match the new layout and design.

The finished space features a much more open and modern layout with a walk-in shower, freestanding tub, new flooring, updated vanity, lighting, trim, and fixtures.

🏠 Personal Home Project – Front Entry Door Upgrade

Another project at my own house that turned into a full transformation.

The old entry door and sidelight were removed, the opening was modified and reframed to fit the new setup, and a new exterior door with full glass sidelight was installed. Everything was carefully squared, leveled, flashed, sealed, and finished to ensure a proper fit and long-term weather protection.

A local mason handled the brickwork portion of the project, while I completed the door installation, framing modifications, weatherproofing, trim work, and finish details.

This project required more than a simple door installation. The existing openings were out of square, which would have left uneven gaps and poor door alignment. We removed and adjusted portions of the framing, squared the openings, and installed the new doors and hardware to ensure everything lined up properly.
