This project underwent an entire interior and exterior facelift with most all major MEP systems fully replaced! We’re so excited for and appreciate the opportunity to partner on their latest location!

We’re looking for someone that has 5-10 years of experience in construction with an emphasis on framing and/or trim components. Pay range is $25-$30 depending on experience. WE'RE GROWING:

We're looking to add a motivated PROJECT MANAGER that can jump right in to managing projects from start to finish. The ideal person would have at least 5 years of construction management experience with a high emphasis on problem solving. Experience in pre-construction and estimating is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Develop and maintain project budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers
- Manage weekly client updates through software and/or in person meetings
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
-Strong business acumen in project planning and management
-Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Benefits:
