🚪 QUICK & EASY DOOR INSTALLATION

This home had a slab door nailed shut. With the house being prepared for sale, the owner needed a properly operating door — so we installed a pre-hung door and got it functioning properly. 🔨🏠

🔨 ANOTHER KITCHEN UPGRADE COMPLETE! 🏡✨

Out with the old sink and in with a beautiful new drop-in farmhouse-style sink!

This kitchen got a full sink-area upgrade, including:

✅ Removed the old sink
✅ Cut back the existing countertop for the new sink
✅ Installed the new farmhouse-style sink
✅ Reconfigured the P-trap for proper drainage
✅ Installed a new garbage disposal
✅ Installed a new dishwasher air gap
✅ Applied proper sealant around the sink
✅ Cleaned up the installation for a smooth, seamless finish

Turning Wasted Space Into Something Custom 🔨✨

This project started with an awkward corner around a load-bearing beam that wasn’t being used to its full potential. We transformed that dead space into a custom pantry area, while incorporating a pop-out feature designed for a future mantle and electric fireplace.

The result? A completely custom accent wall and functional storage area that makes the space feel intentional instead of wasted.

We also installed a vintage door with a custom-built jamb, custom door stops, and a vintage handle to tie everything together. 🚪

From framing and finish carpentry to the small details, we build it with the finished look in mind.

🛠️ Drywall Repair & Texture Matching

Another drywall repair completed by Caislee & Hitch Remodeling.

We added proper backing to the damaged areas, applied two coats of hot mud, followed by a coat of topping mud to prevent flashing, then texture matched the existing finish for a seamless repair.
