Did two jobs on Saturday, the first was a powerwash job in Crown Point, I'll be spraying these doors soon, weather permitting. Second job was a nursery for a young lady I used to babysit her and her older brother when she was a baby. Only did the walls, they chose a natural color Costal Plain. I used Sherwin Williams Emerald from Dewane Blount @ Sherwin-Williams

Bathroom same color, better paint refresh alert! 🛁 We upgraded this steamy shower situation with Sherwin-Williams Emerald paint in Moonmist (satin sheen). This mold-resistant, antimicrobial, water-based urethane-modified alkyd forms a hard "shell" to keep moisture out. No more water marks! ✨

Here are the before and after photographs of the recent repainting project in Portage. The previous owner had undertaken all repairs personally, and it became apparent that some additional work was required. We performed extensive patching throughout the entire residence. This property is scheduled to be listed on the market soon, so we utilized Promar 200 low sheen eggshell, with its color precisely matched to Behr's Rock Crystal by Dewane Blount at Sherwin-Williams. Promar 200 in a semi-gloss finish was applied to the trim, and CHB was used for the ceilings.
