We at JM Heating & Air would like to extend our most heartfelt thanks to ALL of you that have remained our loyal customers for over 20 years!!

Recently, we have made the decision to scale back our business significantly to serve only the Highlands Ranch/Littleton area. We will be operating at a very minimal level from now until further notice.

As a business owner, Jason has seen many changes over the years, and is very grateful for the opportunities that have brought growth to himself, employees, and the business. Now is the time we have all chosen to pursue other forms of growth. Please know that although stepping back, Jason has built a business he's proud of and would love to continue to honor amazing customers as he can on a very limited availability.

Our primary focus is to ensure a smooth transition for our clients. We are committed to fulfilling any outstanding obligations and completing ongoing projects to the best of our capabilities before November 8th, when our biggest restructure occurs. In the coming weeks, our team will be reaching out to you to discuss any unsettled business and ways to conclude them effectively. After November 4th, 2024, Jason will continue to serve Highlands Ranch area with limited hours. Please feel free to leave a voicemail message with any questions you may have. We will continue to return calls and help/guide you to the best of our ability!

Whelp, this week agrees with the picture! Welcome to spring time in Colorado. Do remember that summer time is just a couple months away and you need to be looking at your AC system. Free quotes to replace system. Anything 15 yrs and older, should be considered for replacement. Remember last year in the beginning of June, we hit 100 degrees like it was nothing. Call us today and get on the schedule, we fill up fast.

You will need your heat this week. Your system will run longer and more often during this very cold week. Every house is different, but we recommend to change it every 2-3 months or sooner if required. Dirty filters can cause your system to run more often and can cause unnecessary service calls. If you are still having problems, please call us right away!
