Art Work By Georgette Hancock I am a Holocaust survivor as well as a survivor of communism in Hungary, during the time of Iron Curtain. I am a self taught Artist in every way.

With passion for life, love and the triumph of the human spirit, Georgette creates her masterpieces through expression of the way she sees the mystery of the world; a beautiful adventure! I came to the United States in 1956, and the years of hardship made me realize how important it is to never lose the love for our life. My teachers are the world of spirit guidance. Artistic painting is my way of communicating the passion I have for life, joy and most of all freedom.

Animal cruelty can be prosecuted as a serious federal crime under U.S. law with penalties including up to 7 years in prison and fines 🐾⚖️.

Under the Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act (PACT Act), certain extreme acts of animal abuse such as crushing, burning, drowning, suffocating, or sexually exploiting animals that occur on federal property or affect interstate commerce can be charged as federal felonies. That means offenders can face both significant fines and a potential prison sentence of up to 7 years.

This federal statute fills gaps that existed when animal cruelty was largely left to state laws by giving national authorities a tool to pursue the most egregious cases across state lines or on federal land.

WHEREVER THERE ARE AMAZING PIGEONS & DOVES, THEIR ARE CHILDREN SCREAMING & RUNNING AFTER THEM...and this can cause them trauma and harm, especially when they are eating, as they are focused on getting sustenance...they can be kicked or stepped on, and also injured if the young bullies fall on them...they are now domesticated and are used of being around humans, since we used them as "messengers" at one time...so helping them with some oats, rice and bird seed is compassionate, but make sure to tell the kids to leave them alone so they can eat...HUMANS OF ALL AGES NEED TO STOP BEING THE REAL PESTS ON THIS PLANET & LEAVE THE ANIMALS ALONE -- Animal Freedom Fighter

Rodeos have long sparked debate, with critics highlighting the fear, pain, and extreme stress animals are forced to endure — realities that can no longer be ignored or defended as tradition. With this new law, New York City signals a clear shift toward empathy and responsibility, reflecting a society that increasingly values humane treatment.

This isn’t just a policy change. It’s a meaningful step forward — a reminder that true progress is measured by how we treat the most vulnerable, and that choosing kindness toward animals helps build a more just future for all. 🐴
