This one was pretty bad and already had some very bad drywall repairs. We replaced bad sub-floors, put in new flooring, repaired and refinish the master tub and countertop, replaced all bad drywall and repaired tons of holes, replaced bad oulets and switches, added a laundry room, replaced doors and a few windows, replaced toilets, painted all walls and ceiling, repaired and resealed the roof, fixed a few leaking pipes and removed a few trees against the trailer.
