1/4- 1/2 acre $40
1/2- 3/4 acre $55

Additional $45 per acre if over 1 acre rounding up to the nearest acer. If yar
d needs cleaned/cleared before safely being able to mow this will be a extra $10 charge and could go up depending on the amount that needs to be done. W**d eating around house, driveway (for typical size) and mailbox is $15
W**d eating around fence will be $20 per acer rounding up to the nearest acer
Gutter clean out $20
Power wash $20 for 1 story, $30 for 2 story home
