Have we mentioned we are waiting until temps stabilize to level?

Some have asked why we wont do it now. So, we are going to answer that.

Bermuda needs to be actively growing and spreading to recover from the stress of leveling. If you level too early, you can set the lawn back weeks or even months.

If temperatures are still fluctuating or cool:

Growth is slow

The grass struggles to push through the material

You risk smothering sections of the lawn

Cold Nights=Slow Recovery

Even if you get a few warm days, cool nights in the 40s–50s can stall Bermuda growth. When that happens:

The sand sits on top longer

Sunlight can’t reach the grass blades

The lawn can thin out or discolor

Waiting for a stable warm pattern ensures the grass recovers within days instead of weeks.

Doing it during peak growth lets Bermuda self-repair the leveling process.

This yard was done Feb 17th and hasn't been taken care of properly. It could be twice as good!!

Core Aerated and top dressed 30,000 square foot of bermuda grass.

Not only does this process organically condition your soil but it increases your water retention ten fold.

If you want to pay less on your water bill and still have the nicest lawn in town, you better give us a call before it gets too hot!!!!

Good morning, we sure hope you received some rainfall.

I wanted to jump on here and remind everyone that these little cool fronts are exactly why we haven't begun leveling lawns yet. We want your grass to be actively growing with no chances of cold weather slowing it down. We want immediate results when we level with strong growth to punch through.

Be patient, come April we will hit hard. Thanks for trusting the process and we will see yall soon.

By increasing your SOM 1% per acre you gain around 30 thousand gallons of water retention! Its all organic and simply a NO BRAINER!!!!

Lets topdress your lawn with compost then once its kicking "grass" later in the growing season we can get real fancy with it and level it. Then you have your golf course lawn that looks incredible and takes less water!!

Before I started doing everyone else's yard i had mine looking really nice. Fortunately we have been so busy mine got let go last year. Not this year!!! I core aerated and topdressed with compost about 2 weeks ago with full intention on leveling with san around late May or early June.
