☀️ Saturday morning at 84 Lumber! 🔨💪

While some are sleeping in, we’re out getting materials and keeping projects moving!

At Savage Home Builders, we know that getting the job done starts with having the right materials and dependable suppliers.

Big thanks to 84 Lumber Company for helping us keep our crews supplied and our customers’ projects on schedule!

🔨🏡 Another Home Improvement Project Underway!

Today, the Savage Home Builders crew is removing the existing gutters and giving this home’s exterior a much-needed upgrade!

We’re wrapping the gutter boards, fascia, and frieze boards with aluminum coil metal and installing brand-new aluminum soffit!

🐿️ Our goal? Help keep those pesky squirrels from chewing through the wood and making themselves at home in our customer’s attic!

But that’s not the only benefit! This upgrade will also provide a cleaner, more finished appearance and eliminate the need for our homeowner to climb a ladder every few years to repaint her soffit and fascia boards!

✅ Better protection against unwanted critters
✅ Low-maintenance aluminum exterior
✅ No more scraping and painting
✅ A cleaner, longer-lasting finish

At Savage Home Builders, we believe in making improvements that not only look great but make life easier for our customers!

🚧 NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY! 🔨

Unfortunately, we’re stepping in to help some homeowners who had a bad experience with a previous contractor.

As a contractor, we hate seeing situations like this. We hear the horror stories far too often, and it’s frustrating to see hardworking homeowners left disappointed after trusting someone with their home.

At Savage Home Builders, we believe homeowners deserve quality craftsmanship, honesty, communication, and a contractor who stands behind their work.

Our goal on this project isn’t just to finish the job and do it right. It’s to restore these homeowners’ confidence and leave them with a much better experience than the one they started with.

We’re looking forward to turning this situation around and showing them what a positive construction experience should look like!

🚜 TEST SUBJECT #1! 💪🔥

We’re looking to add a mini skid steer to the Savage Home Builders equipment lineup!

But before we pull the trigger on buying one, we’re going to put a few different brands to the test! 💪

Our plan is to rent several different machines, put them to work on real jobs, and see which one comes out on top! We’ll be comparing power, performance, reliability, versatility, and overall value.

💥 NOW WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

🚜 Who makes the BEST mini skid steer?

🤔 Toro Dingo, Bobcat, Vermeer, Ditch Witch, or another brand?

👇 Drop your favorite brand in the comments and tell us WHY! We want to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly from people who actually run these machines!

Stay tuned as we put these machines to the test and find out which one earns a permanent spot in our lineup!
