Sometimes I like to think of my business like a sailboat on the sea. Sometimes there is wind, and it pushes me to where I wish to go as it fills my sails. Other times, the wind dies down, and I then have to wait until it returns to continue my trip. Unfortunately, though, sometimes I just need to realize that I'm a novice sailor, and I need to motor my boat if I wish to carry on. Unfortunately, although I am an accomplished wood floor specialist, it makes no difference if Noone can find me online. Guess I will have to increase my advertising if I don't want to end up in the doldrums. :)

We repaired, and sanded and refinished the rectory floors of Saint Stanislaus Catholic Church last week. Father Adams was an excellent host, and we really enjoyed working for him. The church was built in the 1800's. Beautiful! :)

Other than a couple days open before Thanksgiving, we are now booked through November. There are still plenty of openings in December, if anyone would like to spruce up their floors before Christmas and the New Year. :)

I received a call from Denooyer Chevy today. My electric car (Bolt) has finally arrived! I can pick it up tomorrow! I'm not looking forward to having to make payments for the next six years, though. Of, well....:)

I guess they will install the charger for my new EV at my house on Friday. I can hardly wait to get my Chevy Bolt sometime this month. I've had nothing else to drive but my express van in over a year.
