🚨 Critical Roof Inspection Find 🚨
During a routine drone roof inspection, we uncovered something that should never be ignored. What looked like a standard ridge vent from the ground was anything but. Upon closer inspection, the ridge vent cap was completely deteriorated and torn away — but here’s the bigger problem: the ridge had been previously capped UNDER the ridge vent, effectively blocking all attic ventilation entirely.
❌ No airflow in. No airflow out.
🔥 Summer heat trap = premature shingle failure
💧 Winter moisture buildup = mold, rot & structural damage
