Another customer/family friend was looking to freshen up their exterior (nothing crazy,just a little different) and made the SMRT choice and gave me a call! After a few minor repairs, a scrape here and there, some good ol re-caulking and some paint slapped on had that

Me and my family bought our first house and I put my skills to use lol ripped up all the carpet, layed Lvp through the house, installed quarter round and painted all the walls and trim.

Another customer was wanting a new look for their bathroom and made the SMRT choice! This customer was wanting to update their guest bathroom and made the SMRT choice and gave us a call. We removed the shower insert,toilet,vanity and floors then had to extend one wall so the new tub would fit and install a new vanity then tiled around the tub and the floor and installed quarter round and painted the walls and trim. Thankfull for another customer who made the SMRT choice and gave me a call wanting their carpet removed and lvp installed, so I removed the carpet,pad and tack strips then installed the lvp and quarter round. After that i caulked it all up and painted the baseboards, window casing and door casing and replaced a faulty light switch. Monday we will begin remodeling their bathroom. Another customer made the SMRT choice and gave me a call when she noticed a small soft spot in her floor, luckily she didn’t wait and I was able to easily make the repair. While I was under the house noticed her moisture barrier was all torn up and deteriorating and had started to cause mold on her joist and subfloor so after I sprayed and killed all the mold I removed the old moisture barrier and installed around 1,500 sqft of new plastic and took care of a few other small issues that would have turned into big issues.
