When I worked in factories, I took pride in being the fastest producer, and putting out the best quality product while most others whined about the pay

- I moved up the ladder

In construction, I took pride in learning as much about everything that I could and get good at everything that I tried to do. Once I got good I would focus on becoming efficient, while most others griped about customers, their wife, or their troubles.

- I started a business that would grow and do well.

In business, I take pride in serving my clients, my employees, and the trade

- That serves my family

If you take pride in everything that you do, keep a positive outlook on the tasks at hand, and give 100% on everything, life will work itself out the way it’s supposed to.

Even on the most menial subjects, take pride in what you’re doing.

When you do that, at least you go to sleep at night knowing that you’ve done your best.

Thats more than most people can say.

We’re going to turn this fireplace into a 🔥 focal point of the room, but first, you’ve got to prep.

I believe in over preparing the area, whether it be dust containment, surface prep, or floor prep.

In the past, I’ve under prepped areas thinking that it would be okay, but Murphys law always seems to take over when you’re under prepared.

Go the extra mile and prep it tight!

What A Vibe!

Our great clients trusted us to help design this master shower and MAN do I love how it turned out. It’s not everyday that a client tells you, “I trust you to make something cool!”

We surprised them with a couple of little upgrades, including a floating bench and a hidden niche!

That hidden niche is awesome, it’s like a tillable medicine cabinet that mounts directly into a Schluter-Systems North America niche, so you don’t need to worry about waterproofing.

Monday Grind. Still building systems, still building processes, still making it all work so one day this machine will run itself.

Speaking of systems, I’ve been fortunate to be able to test and use a lot of softwares and systems over the course of the last few years, and is by far one of my favorites.

Devon updates jobs daily so that we can always reference back to details on jobs long after we leave.

It also comes in handy when I’m back at the office planning and checking progress so I can get production schedules dialed in.
