While my Google listing says temporary closed.... I am not. Being a man man show, I wear all the hats from looking at your jobs estimates and executing them to final billing.

I currently am still completing jobs that were booked last year, and still will be for the next month or two.

For those who know me personally, know I am also renovating my new house and shop while also maintaining a personal life with my family.

With all that I do apologize if I have not returned your phone call or sent out your estimate yet. My family and current clients take up most of my time and I don't want to burn myself out.

Hopefully after this year I will have all or most of my ducks in row and be able to hire on a few guys.

Again my apologies and hopefully everyone has a safe and fun summer!

I have always tried to do my best to keep my prices affordable for the types of projects I complete. I have not raised my rates since the business became a full time operation back in May of 2022. While talking with my insurance company today I have come to realize that while I have tried not to, I am going to have to increase my rates. While we have all dealt with rising cost of living NY's insurance laws are making business insurance rates sky rockets. While I will do my best to keep them as affordable as possible, I also have to make sure I do not bankrupt the business in doing so.

All projects that have already been approved will be honored at the original rate, but all new estimates moving forward will be priced at the new rate.
