We’re announcing DropHammer.
Over the last couple years running Kingdom Land Services, we kept running into the same problem: the work was not the issue — keeping the backend organized while doing the work was.
Leads were coming in from everywhere. Phone calls, texts, website forms, social media, referrals, paid lead services, existing customers, and jobsite conversations. At the same time, we were trying to schedule equipment, coordinate crews, track job details, handle customer communication, keep up with receipts, manage payments, and stay on top of the everyday admin that comes with running an excavation and land clearing company.
Most software is built like the person using it is sitting at a desk.
That is not how this business works.
A lot of the time, we are in a machine, in a truck, on a jobsite, talking to customers, moving equipment, or trying to keep a crew moving. We needed something that could work from the field, hands-free, and tie the whole business together.
That is why we started building DropHammer.
DropHammer is a voice-first, hands-free operating system for owner-operators. It is designed to act as the central control layer across the business — from incoming leads and follow-ups to scheduling, booking, equipment coordination, crew communication, customer updates, payments, receipts, expenses, margins, and the software contractors already use.
It is being built to integrate with tools like QuickBooks, Stripe, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, CompanyCam, and more.
This month, DropHammer is moving into a limited rollout with founding contractor users. Those founding users will help fine-tune the product for their industries and will lock in fixed discounted usage rates.
We are also opening a founding ambassador program for people who want to help bring DropHammer to contractors in their network. Founding ambassadors will be able to lock in a stronger long-term profit share for getting in early.
This started because we needed it ourselves.
Now we are building it for the other owner-operators dealing with the same chaos.
