When an HVAC system goes down in Texas summer heat, every minute matters.
We found a stubborn drain clog and a worn capacitor that stopped the cooling right when it was needed most. After vacuuming the drain lines, treating the pan, and replacing the faulty capacitor, airflow and drainage were back to normal.
Getting these basics right means more than just a quick fix—it helps protect the whole system from bigger problems. Every service call teaches us just how important regular care can be.
