Award Homes recently completed a stunning remodel of a small cabin casita, transforming this cozy getaway into an efficient, beautiful space.

🛀 We fully renovated the bathroom with fresh beadboard, a new shower, a new glass enclosure, and a sleek vanity with a mirror.

🥶 We also upgraded the old window unit to a new energy-efficient AC system and replaced the bulky water heater with a modern tankless unit that saves space and energy while delivering endless hot water.

🏡 The start of a home may not look glamorous, but it’s the most important step. Everything else depends on it.

Here, we’re taking a soil sample for a new client. That sample will be tested in a lab so an engineered foundation can be designed specifically for their property’s soil. This process ensures the foundation is strong, stable, and built to last for generations.
