🚨 HOUSTON SCOOTER CURFEW: WHO DOES IT REALLY AFFECT? 🚨
On December 3rd, Houston City Council confirmed a citywide 8PM–4AM scooter curfew — and the impact is WAY bigger than downtown. This isn’t just about “kids on scooters.” This affects REAL people who rely on micromobility to move around their own city.

City Council admitted some members didn’t fully understand the scope of the ordinance before voting. That means a rule meant for Downtown antics is now restricting students, night-shift workers, gig-delivery riders, and everyday people who rely on scooters to get home safely.

This conversation isn’t over.
Micromobility = mobility.
And mobility is a RIGHT, not a luxury.

If you want the city to revisit the curfew, show up, speak up, and stay engaged.
