He helped me with the insurance claim and explained what to expect - and things went almost exactly how he said they would. When the day came, the work crew showed up just at day break, and worked to finish a complete roof replacement, including the decking, in one day. They did a great job with the clean up too! The gutters were put on the next day, and the final follow up for a handful of window screen repairs done about a week later. Overall, a great experience!
