Laird Landscaping, Inc. was founded in September 1982 by Otis V. Otis is a graduate of Texas Tech University and a registered landscape architect with the state of Texas. After working seven years as a landscape architect/salesman for a Houston based nursery, he decided to start his own company and has been pleasing clients now for 39 years. His son, Trey, also a graduate of Texas Tech with a Landscape Architecture degree, has been an integral part of the growth and success of the family business for the past 25 years. has been named one of the Top Ten Landscaping companies in Houston by the Houston Business Journal. Otis has also been a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) since 1985, and the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association (TNLA) since 1985. In 2000, TNLA presented Laird Landscaping, Inc. with a Texas Excellence in Landscaping Distinction Award in the Residential Design/Build category. Laird Landscaping has three Landscape Architects on staff to handle the diverse needs of their clientele in a professional and timely manner. Our attention to detail and creating a unique and ideal environment for each of our clients is what sets us apart from the competition.
