This is what can happen when neutrals are double lugged on your breaker panel. By code only one neutral can be in each space on the bus bar to allow for a good connection. When two or more are under one lug chances are one of them is not making a good connection.

We have been asked alot about the outlets that incurred flood waters. The short answer is that rust does not help electricity it restricts it. This outlet is already very rusty at the 120v screw terminals.

Another fun find! Not sure why anyone would pigtail wires like this, but it was arcing enough to burn up the electrical tape.

Found some wires chewed up by rodents in an attic. Notice the exposed copper, whatever it was chewed straight through the insulation to expose the conductors. 🐀🔌⚡⚡⚡
