We at Courtland Building Company would like to thank the Fontenot's for selecting us to build their new home in the Fulbrook Shores Section of Fulbrook in Fulshear. This home is on a one acre
plus lake lot and features a Louisiana story & a half elevation with a wrap around front porch, a screened in rear porch with a summer kitchen & a large attached garage & workshop. The home also features a great room with attached kitchen & dining, her hobby
room & traditional interiors.

Courtland would like to thank the New's for selecting Courtland to build their home in the Fulbrook subdivision in Fulshear. This very unique home has a contemporary style with stucco & stone exteriors and sits on a 1.5 acre plus waterview lot with views in two directions from the curve in the oxbow lake. The home features two large rear porches facing the lake with an outdoor fireplace, clear story glass, stained wood ceilings & summer Kitchen. Inside there is a two story Great Room with an expanse of glass facing the lake, a floating glass, steel & wood stairway & balcony railings & a

Courtland would like to thanks the Cerone's, who have contracted with us to build their new home in Spring. This is the second home
by Courtland for the Cerone's. The home is on a large estate lot
near the Raveneaux Golf Course. The style of the home is Spanish Colonial with a clay tile roof & stucco exteriors. Thank You to the Cerone's for your confidence in Courtland to build your new Home.

Courtland Building Company is proud to announce that we are now completing our third Project for the Cauthen's who reside in Fulbrook, Fort Bend County. Courtland has remodeled their current home, helped with getting their previous home ready to sell & we are currently finishing work to add a workshop, covered porches & patio w Spa & arbor.

Courtland has been hired by Greg & Brenda to do a workshop addition to their home in Fulbrook. This is the third job we have done for them including remodeling their home in Fulbrook first, then working with them to make repairs to their home in Bellaire so they could sell it & now building a workshop & porch addition. Thank You so much for your continued trust in Courtland Building Company !!
