What started as a flooring project quickly revealed something much bigger.

Once the old flooring came up, we uncovered extensive water damage, deteriorated subflooring, and compromised framing throughout the home. At that point, covering it up was never an option.

We removed the damaged material, exposed the full extent of the problem, and began rebuilding the floor system correctly—from the structure up.

This is the part of remodeling most people never see, but it’s also the part that matters most.
