The previous home at this site was destroyed in a fire after thanksgiving last year.. Today we poured the foundation for the new home and will be working diligently to get the property owners back into a home of their own..

Our new model home is coming soon to the Willis / Coldspring area. The new subdivision of Whitetail Ranch offers 124 exclusive lots varying from 1 - 5 acres. ButterflyMX gated access / Equestrian and Chicken (laying hens ) friendly / paved roads / fiber internet access/ pavilion / playground / nature trail / lookout tower. All of this combined with easy access to amenities in Willis / Conroe and nearby water recreation at Lake Livingston or Lake Conroe make this a great new development we are excited to be a part of.
