Things are looking up!
We’re now working on the second level, and it’s great to be moving up! This is a one-story house, but we have a large attic space rough plumbed for a future 4th bedroom and bath (so easy to do at this stage and such a pain when the house is complete). When you’re building, it’s always wise to plan for future changes you or the next owner may want to make. Stay tuned for more updates!

We’ve been framed! 😉
MAGNOLIA, TX: We’ve reached the framing phase, which is really ramping up our excitement! We anticipate the entire framing process will take approximately 4-6 weeks, since the roof is quite complicated. (Also, we may have weather delays.) The engineering company will then reinspect to ensure that the builder is in compliance with the 10-year structural warranty on the home, which most builders provide. Follow along for more updates to come! 🏠❤️

Born in Henley-on-Thames, England, I attended Oxford College of Art. I trained with Harrods of London as a buyer before moving to the United States in 1990, and I’ve been a Woodlands area resident since 1995. I became a licensed real estate agent in 1998.
As a multi-million dollar producer with RE/MAX, I specialize in The Woodlands and surrounding areas, including acreage and ranch properties. Over the years, I’ve personally built seven homes of my own, and I am fully conversant in the building and remodeling process, which has been invaluable in advising my clients who are considering the option of a new home.
