this weather if your didnt check out these tips to keep thing running smoothly & avoid costly repairs.
Drip Those Faucets - Focus on faucets near outside walls. It’s better to have low water pressure than risk burst pipes. Don’t forget to flush toilets occasionally, too! Open Cabinet Doors - Let warm air circulate around your plumbing, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Turn Up the Heat - Keep your thermostat at 70°F or higher to maintain a safe environment for your pipes.
Insulate Exterior Pipes - Use pipe covers, or get creative
with towels, plastic bags, and duct tape if needed.
Winterize Your Sprinklers - Drain the system now to
prevent freezing damage. Need help?

• Pool Owners - Run your pumps continuously if temps drop below freezing. If there’s a power outage, drain your filters to avoid costly damage.
Heading Out of Town? - Do all of the above AND shut off your water at the meter. Open all faucets to drain your lines completely-no water, no burst pipes!
