🚨 Subcontractors Needed – Full Rehab in the North Central Houston area.🚨

🏠 Property: 832 sqft | 2 bed / 1 bath | Crawl Space
NexaGen Developments LLC is the General Contractor on this project. We are seeking reliable subcontractors to help complete a full rehab.

🔧 Trades Needed:
✅ Structural repairs (support beams, floor joists, subfloor)
✅ Framing
✅ Roofing (new shingles + repairs)
✅ Electrical (repairs/service re-establishment)
✅ Plumbing (as needed)
✅ Sheetrock / Drywall
✅ Interior & Exterior Paint
✅ Flooring, trim, finishes

📍 Condition:
– Front beams rotted, wall separation
– Floors falling in
– Rafters rotting
– Full gut required

We are working off of the most solid room in the house instead of tearing it down, right now I need estimates only.
