There are many scenarios where polyurethane is the absolute best process to fix a problem, and in other cases it may be something is simple as redirecting faulty drainage paths. At PolyTexas we want to help you with your project. The culprit the majority of the time is not the slab itself, but the soils beneath. When soil goes from dry to saturated it changes shape. If you have a drought or a flood in your area, there are chances your slab is going to moves in a number of directions. So you can imagine if there is water draining under your house from bad plumbing, incorrect drainage and even trees, you can assume that you are compromising your soil and your slab. This is when we bring in the PolyTexas Process. We will drill holes smaller than a nickel in specific areas of concrete to influence the slab where it is needed. Our first objective is to compact the existing soils to the point of refusal. This restores them back to original compaction. The next objective is to then left the slab to our desired elevation. The PolyTexas Process allows for quick and clean foundation repair. Typically on residential jobs the repair is complete within just a few hours. In most cases we inject our polyurethane in places that are not detectable in which case you can't even tell we were there that day. We also offer many other solutions for commercial concrete repair and replacements. We offer spray foam insulation, we even offer some oil field services. Call me today! Financing also available.
