One of a few methods. I tend to default to this if I spray. Tape, thin bead of caulk, paint, pull quick, always a perfect result. Can always paint with the trim paint then pull but with caulk you dont have to wait for it to dry, the trick is not waiting for it to dry otherwise it wont pull clean. Anyone can do this hope it helps.

I pull everything off or down unless its risky, most of this ceiling is original lath so I wasnt taking chances. So heres some circles.

Wrapping this place up like a present before I spray. Looks like I missed a spot yesterday. Washi tape has changed the game for me, and the prices from make it affordable for this to be my go to.

New 360 sander works great on the ct midi. Had to open it up a little was so strong. These walls have seen better days, I 2 coated the rough spots with 20min, sanded then gave it a tight skim with blue to get rid of the texture.

Recent job in Point, painted most of this basement a couple weeks ago but came back to finish a few additions and touchup. Walked into some rough work but turned around those problem areas in a few hours with some careful skims and 20 minute hotmix.

Touchups and additions to a job from a couple weeks ago, 2nd coat of Emerald in satin. Extra soft 3inch and MJ these leveled out like glass.
