As promised, the finished pictures of the install! This new 97% efficient modulating GE furnace paired with a 5 ton AC coil and Condenser is sure to keep this customer comfortable in every season for years to come! They should definitely not have any issues with water leaking from this system. We made sure to tie in all water safeties including an inline safety for the indoor coil just in case it backs up in the future with gunk.

New full install alert!

We recently changed out a completely failed furnace and indoor coil. This 20 year old Rheem system was ready to be retired and replaced with a High Efficiency 97% modulating GE system. This install gave us a nice curve ball due to the old system leaking for so long the floors were wet and slimy making it almost like an ice rink in the basement. We set up fans and dried it all up by the time we finished the whole install. Finished pictures will be posted in the next few days.

Delayed post:

We wrapped up the furnace install this past Saturday with ease. This GE downflow 96% high efficiency furnace is sure to heat this home for years to come! We made sure to capitalize on the exposed coil during the install and clean that up for efficient cooling next summer.

6 heads, 2 heat pumps, 1 mission

This house recently just got not 1 but 2 full heat pump mini split systems installed. We are wrapping this job up this week and starting these bad boys up to bring this customer loads of comfort all year round. This is start to finish with more pics to come once we finish the wiring and get these heads fired!
