Recently we were asked to contribute to an article in the Hudson Star-Observer about Wisconsin’s Inflation Reduction Act.

Two years ago, President Joe Biden signed the act, providing hundreds of billions of dollars in tax credits and spending for clean energy technologies like wind turbines, solar panels, batteries, electric vehicles and hydrogen fuels, making it America’s largest investment.

Our ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award celebration continues with our Focus on Energy team’s ENERGY STAR Unsung Heroes!

Meet Nat Peplinski – Nat is the Regional Manager for the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program, overseeing the north and western sections of the Wisconsin. When he isn’t providing technical support and performing QA/QC inspections for participating Trade Ally contractors, he also recruits new contractors to partner with the program.

Nat has been in the industry for over 30 years and has performed thousands of energy assessments and field inspections. He is a Building Performance Institute Proctor and a certified Building Analyst.

For Nat, the best part of his job is when a plan comes together—the energy assessment, the air sealing and insulation work, and the final inspection—all to make the house better and a more comfortable home for the homeowner. Saving energy and money for the customer is the icing on the cake. Thanks for so many years of dedicated service, Nat!
