Finished up this condo at Hampton beach just in time for the summer!

New floors without any thresholds made this place feel much larger
Full bathroom remodel with schluter system and tile
New baseboards, door and window trims to add some elegance from the square stock
Custom fabricated electric fireplace insert allowed us to add a large linen closet in the hallway

We just completed a budget friendly bathroom renovation for our veteran neighbor.

The subfloor around the toilet was so rotted the only reason they didn’t end up in the basement was due a floor joist being directly behind the fl**ge. We properly fixed the rotted subfloor and joists and finished with LVP. A new fiberglass surround shower and tub, a granite topped vanity, and a fresh coat of paint all around freshened up this leaky and outdated bathroom
