Curb Appeal 📈

This customer is preparing to put their house on the market, and they had a few eyesores they wanted to get rid of. And what a difference it made!!

The garage door trim had seen better days, as water damage had caused the wood to deteriorate and begin to rot away. The old trim was removed and replaced with maintenance free PVC trim.

To go along with that, we removed the old walk-in door and replaced it with a much more functional and secure alternative.

Another week, another bathroom revamp COMPLETE.

Unfortunately, we forgot to take any good “before” pictures, but here’s what we did to freshen up this bathroom a little bit…

- New shower surround
-Installation of 60” double-sink vanity in place of the old 48” single-sink vanity
- New mirror
- New light fixture
- New LVP flooring
- New baseboard trim
- Fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceiling

From doors to decks, we’ve been busy!

It’s been a little while since the last update, but here are just a few projects we wrapped up last week.

- Replaced 2 garage doors, along with new garage door openers, wireless keypads, and fresh door trim
- Installed 3 new exterior doors and 2 new storm doors
- Built and installed a custom cellar door
- Cleaned and sealed a wood deck to help protect it for years to come

Thank you to everyone who has reached out about upcoming projects, big or small. I know some of you have been waiting, and I truly appreciate your patience. My schedule has stayed very busy, but I’m continuing to work through my project list. If you’ve contacted me about a job, rest assured I’ll be in touch as soon as I have the availability.

Summer continues to fly by…. I’d better get back to work!

Who doesn’t like summer skirt season..?? 😏

The old blue skirting on this home had seen better days — years of wind damage, mower debris, and warping had left it cracked, wavy, and worn out. We removed the damaged material, added much higher quality insulation to help improve energy efficiency, and installed new clay-colored vinyl skirting.

🚿 Bathroom Remodel Complete! 🛠️

This bathroom received a complete makeover from floor to ceiling.

What started as a dark, dated bathroom is now a bright, modern space featuring a new tub and surround, updated vanity, new flooring, fresh fixtures, and a clean, refreshed look throughout.

Thank you to the homeowner for trusting RPM Services with this big project!

This client was very demanding about what she wanted for her birthday gift, but in the end she was very excited about the final product. So much so that it was kind of hard to understand what she was even saying.

Her three requirements were:
1) It must hold lots of sand and cool toys
2) It must have a lid so her cats don’t use it for the wrong reasons
3) It has to double as a stage so she can show off her dance moves.

According to her reaction, RPM Services met her demands with flying colors. (See video proof in the comments)

Bathroom Update Complete ✅

I spent the first week of summer break giving this bathroom a freshening up. How do you think it turned out??

This project included…

- removal of the old vanity
- relocating the water supply lines, drain, and power for the light
- new linen cabinet, vanity, medicine cabinet, and light fixture
- some minor tile repair, drywall patching, and paint
- new flooring and baseboard trim

Getting started on another MAJOR bathroom remodel next week… Can’t wait to share that transformation with you all!

🔥Patio Upgrade🔥 - Concrete to Composite

This front patio got a much needed makeover this week. We framed right over the existing concrete pad to create a low-maintenance, long-lasting composite patio. The picture-framed border really gives it that sharp, finished look.

I should also mention that the homeowner even scored a special discount for proudly flying the Iowa Hawkeye colors 🖤💛 😏
