A few snapshots capturing exterior site progress. At this phase, the tile roof was being installed which is far heavier than shingles or metal, so we ensured the framing was engineered for the load and reinforced the rafters. It takes tremendous coordination to build homes with these specialty features, but that’s the beauty of luxury custom homes: you have an experienced team that will accept a challenge to bring your grand vision to life!

We also designed storage closets with custom‑upholstered leather doors finished with stud detailing — one is for storage while the other houses a fully equipped coffee bar. ☕️
