Finshed up a nice new 1st floor master bedroom, bathroom, and new fully Trex Decking. Upgraded a lot of items and still came in under budget! Better to overprice in the beginning and more than meet the customers expectations, than to underprice and not have very good news at the end for the customer.

Another beautiful porch completed. Full Trex decking and skirting.
