Immediate Hire!! Cleaning Team Members Needed!! (Greater Huntsville Area)
compensation: Up to 10.00 per hour (with potential for more). Based on experience and ability.

Residential and commercial cleaning company has openings for new team members!!! Potential for management position available.
Interested parties must meet the following criteria:
- must have their OWN DEPENDABLE transportation to and from the job sites
- must have a cell phone
- be able to stand, kneel, and bend at the knees for extended periods
- be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- be in relatively good shape (this is hard work)
- BE RELIABLE! (This is not negotiable!) REPEAT THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE!
- must be friendly, outgoing and hard working. Training will be provided.
This is a fast paced business that requires efficiency and hard work. You will often be required to work on your own; honesty and integrity are a must! Commercial cleaning products will be used daily. We are frequently required to interface with customers, so courtesy, patience and politeness is a daily requirement. No foul language or personal cell phone calls while in a client's home or business. Calls can be made while commuting between jobs if necessary. NO DRAMA!
Interested parties will submit to a drug screening and a background check. If you have issues with either of these requirements (aside from traffic tickets) please do not apply.
If you have daycare issues, frequent appointments, medical conditions, to include mental health issues, that prevent you from performing all required tasks, interacting with fellow employees and customers in a professional manner at all times, or any drama that prevents you from being at work daily and on time then this job is not for you. We require arrival to the office at 0800 and are on the job NLT 0900. We work until the day is done but are usually on our way home by 4pm. These hours fluctuate from time to time depending on the work schedule and your efficiency.
The positions are temporary to start and could lead to permanent positions depending upon your performance and reliability. In addition, you will be paid by the job to start until you have demonstrated the ability to work efficiently and independently.
