Reserve your beef by May 10! Your cuts will be ready for pick up at the end of May. We primarily sell in whole, half, or quarter cows. Individual boxes may be available by request. Message us to reserve your cuts!

Here’s the breakdown:

$5.75/lb on hanging weight (Approximately 600 lbs for a whole cow). This would net 325-350 lbs of meat in your freezer. Half that for a half cow, etc. same price per pound for whole, half, or quarter. If you request an individual box with specific cuts only, the prices are increased and different per cut. Message us for more info!

You pick your cuts and thickness.
Bone-in Ribeye steaks, NY Strip steaks, Filet Mignon, Sirloin Steaks, Cubed Steak, Stew Beef, Fajita/Stir Fry Meat, Brisket, Chuck Roast, Short Ribs, 1 lb packs ground beef.

Our steers are Holstein/Angus crosses and are 100% pasture raised, happy cows. They are processed in a USDA facility and your beef is vacuum sealed by the cut. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

We raise our cows, two at at time, as bottle babies and give them daily scratches and offer treats often. Tangerines are their favorite! They are 100% pasture raised and supplemented with pelleted feed by Tucker Mills, and hay when they need it. It’s important to us that they don’t know a bad day. These two Holstein/Angus crosses are very happy boys!
