Diagnosed and replaced a failed pressure reducing valve, installed an expansion tank for a tankless water heater, replaced a bad control valve assembly inside the tankless water heater that was causing inconsistent temperature

Bathroom remodel and kitchen sink replacement I did. Replaced 3 bathroom sinks and faucets, replaced kitchen sink and faucet, replaced glass shower door, shower valve and trim with new showerhead, installed schluter waterproofing membrane and tiled around the soaker tub, installed new tub filler.

Water line leak repair under a mobile home, mobile home has the old grey polybutylene piping which is know for springing leaks. Had to use sharkbite poly b to pex adapter fittings to make the repairs as standard pex fittings don’t work on poly b, recommend a full repipe, as there was already another area that had leaked before. But it got the leak stopped and water running like it’s supposed to.

Another porch roof I replaced

Bathroom remodel I did,
Customer had a leak from the roof at the vent stack that ran down the pipe inside the wall and damaged the drywall insulation and flooring, roofing company came back and fixed their mistake on the roof then I ripped out the damaged material in the bathroom , installed new mold and moisture resistant drywall, new insulation, painted the whole bathroom, new flooring and trim,

Exterior door, storm door and window I replaced, along with some damaged sheeting repair under the siding. It had incorrect flashing on the door and was missing a kickout flashing on the roof/gutter which rotted out the existing door and some framing. Replace the damaged framing, installed the new door with proper flashing, replaced damaged sheeting, and installed a replacement window with proper flashing.

Started out as a drywall repair for a water stain, upon opening the wall I found the exterior sheeting, some framing and the sill plate completely rotted out and full of carpenter ants, removed all the damaged framing and sheeting and replaced it, installed new framing and a new pressure treated sill plate with a foam sill gasket, replaced the sheeting, new insulation and v***r barrier, then drywall. Customer is going to do the painting themselves.

Porch roof I replaced,

Ac service call, system was blowing air inside but not cold air, found outdoor unit not running, verified power and signal from indoor unit and thermostat, contactor was pulled in but fan and compressor weren’t running. Tested capacitor and it was bad, replaced the capacitor with a new one and verified it had correct readings, cleaned condenser and restored power. System is now running and cooling like it’s supposed to.
I don’t do the refrigerant side of HVAC, but I do the mechanical and electrical side.
