As a lot of you know, I had an accident at my full-time job earlier this year. Well, it's official that my wife Jennifer and son Bryan will be taking over for a while so I can focus on getting my injury fixed and recovering. I've been kinda behind the scenes observing how they, and our regular helper handle without me, and the time has come to make it official that I'll be backing away from the business and letting them operate it for a while. She'll still be using the same helpers on jobs that she and Bryan can't do on their own. She'll be handling all payments as well as I'm giving them full rein of it.
