Mice…rats…squirrels…. Raccoons…..

Our last 4 removals were due to pest infestation and significant quantities of f***l matter. Bad smells and stuffy nose/allergy symptoms were the common complaints.

HVAC purifiers can’t cure the contaminated air that is seeping into your house through gaps in your ceiling like the top plate, lighting fixtures, wire penetrations etc.

But we can.

We remove all the contaminated insulation and sanitize your attic. The we seal all of those gaps that your builder didn’t.

Let’s keep attic air in the attic, and pure indoor air in your home.

“Why don’t you just do new construction?”

Because people already expect perfect comfort when it’s brand new. We love showing homeowners how their older homes can have that new home feel again. And we love how surprised and happy they are when they notice immediate results!

It’s been a busy week buried in old attics… and that’s where we want to be!

We wouldn’t have it any other way.

If this is a “hobby,” we should probably find a new one… because this one involves 140° attics, dust in places you didn’t know existed, and turning houses into homes that actually feel right again.

Truth is, this isn’t a hobby. It’s what we do—day in, day out. Clean it out, seal it up, build it back better.

And yeah… we might be a little obsessed with it.

Turns out high performance crews run on two things: building science… and questionable amounts of Mountain Dew.

Speed means nothing if the job’s sloppy. We aim for both. This customer definitely appreciated it. (No Mountain Dews were harmed in the making of this video)

Today was a good day. A great day! You’d never guess how much goes into a complete attic retrofit. Lots of work. But…. We make sure to have some fun too.

old insulation out, air leaks sealed, ventilation corrected, and everything brought up to modern day standards.

Lots of smiles and laughs from us; 5⭐️ review from the customer. Doesn’t get any better than this!
