We were contacted late Wednesday afternoon regarding a veteran trying to close on a VA refinance. The appraiser required the home to be painted in order for the closing to go through. We were asked to do the bare minimum and just pressure clean, caulk cracks and touch up as needed. This veteran deserved more than that! We provided a fantastic paint job and also pressure cleaned all concrete porch floors, walkways and the driveway. All of this was done within two days of being called, and now this veteran will be able to close on his refinance. We support our veterans 💯%!

Sometimes all it takes is a little change to make a huge impact. This customer loved their newly painted black doors and we love them too! We used Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel to achieve this gorgeous look.

We finished the house on the left April 2020 and now we’re starting with the detached garage for the house on the right. I wish you could see the view from these houses. It’s absolutely gorgeous!

This is exactly why we love what we do! When our customers are happy it means the world to us. Check out the before and after of the kitchen cabinets. They look amazing with the Light French Gray walls. All products used are from Sherwin Williams. Cabinets, doors and baseboards were painted with Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel and walls were painted with Superpaint. The customer also had a wallpaper border that the previous owner painted over top of. We repaired and retextured after the border was removed and you can’t even tell it was ever there (pics in comments). This was a perfect way to end our week. Thank you Katy Apicello for trusting us with your home.

Happy Tuesday! Check out the before and after pictures of this beautiful three story, canal front home in Homosassa, FL. The exterior is painted Sherwin Williams Anew Gray SW7030 trimmed in Extra White SW7006. This home looks amazing and the neighbors were even stopping by to comment on the dramatic transformation. This is a true diamond in the rough! 💎 💎💎

We painted this gorgeous home and matching barn in Floral City, FL. The exterior is painted with Sherwin Williams Resilience in Amazing Gray SW7044 (body color), Extra White SW7006 (trim color) and Black Bean (doors, posts and beams color). The porch ceiling is tongue and groove sealed with Minwax spar urethane clear gloss. The view from the front porch is amazing and it was a pleasure working with this homeowner.

This home was renovated by our friends at Rise Construction Co. We worked with the homeowners to suggest colors that fit their vision and they were so happy with the end results. All colors are Sherwin Williams. Hardie board siding is Illusive Green SW9164. Hardie shakes are Attitude Gray SW7060. Trim is Extra White SW7006. Front door is Lagoon SW6480. Ceilings are sanded and sealed with Minwax Spar Urethane clear gloss. Perfect color scheme for a home near the water in Homosassa, FL. 🏝 ☀️ 🌺
