R&R Restoration Too, LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and industrial maintenance and be able to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities include:

● Perform general maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial facilities
● Install and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry components
● Braze copper pipe
● Install all-thread rod and Unistrut support systems
● Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
● Operate hand and power tools safely
● Maintain a clean and organized work area
● Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications:
✔ Previous maintenance or construction experience required
✔ Experience brazing copper pipe
✔ Ability to install all-thread rod and Unistrut systems
✔ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
✔ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
✔ Valid driver’s license preferred
✔ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
